I see the sparkle, excitement, and wonder in their eyes. The way they carry themselves, knowing they are fully known and fully loved, leaves a sweet imprint in my heart and mind. As I observe them, my heart bubbles up with joy and excitement and my eyes get cloudy from joyful tears.
They are alive, I can tell just by the way they talk. The passion about what they are doing flows from their mouths when they speak. They were created for this, living in what God set them apart to do from the beginning.
I see it in my own life too. Every time I create something beautiful it leaves a feeling of passionate elation. It brings hope. That there is more to life than the seemingly everyday motions. Something bigger.
It draws us closer to the One who gave us these dreams, reminding us of His great goodness and mercy. Sometimes what we are passionate about is a daring adventure and we learn to trust the One that will carry us through the unknown waters. Our calling is embodied in a state of rest because we humbly know it's bigger than us, it is out of our hands. Nothing we can do will make it be fulfilled, only God.
Do you see it in your life? Is the passion there? You can do it, you know. Your calling isn't on your shoulders. You aren't holding the pressure. I know that sparkle is in you, even if it is clouded by the heaviness of life. We can live a life of passion, doing what God set aside for us to do. All we have to say is, yes.
Will you join me? Will you set out with me on the path of abundance? God's there, we don't have to fear. He's got us.
