Energy Bites

These are a great healthy snack! Packed full of protein from the almonds and cashews, and sweetness from the dried dates and dried cranberries. Enjoy!!!

 

Energy Bites

Makes about 20 bites

Ingredients

1 c almonds

1 c cashews

2 c dried dates

2 c dried cranberries

Instructions

Place almonds and cashews in a food processor and grind them until they are the finely chopped. Place them into a bowl. Set aside. Next, place the dried fruit in the food processor and grind them until they are the same consistency as the almond and cashew mixture. Add them to the dry mixture and combine well. Then roll them into balls and place them in the fridge. Enjoy!!
